David Viehman
David was born and raised in a big family from Orlando, FL. Before making Wyoming his home, he lived in the great Smokey Mountains of North Carolina and Flagstaff, Arizona. In 1992, he moved to Jackson Hole with his wife Donna, and daughter Devon.
David is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about fly-fishing. He is knowledgeable about most of the rivers in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, and enjoys spending time camping with his family there.
Twenty-seven years experience and a strong background in sales and marketing has put David in the top 1% of the brokers in Jackson Hole. He is one of the Owners of Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates LLC and is also the editor of the "Hole Report", a semi-annual newsletter, which watches market trends and provides predictions. Devon Viehman Wheeldon
Devon was raised in Jackson Hole and after graduating from Montana State University, decided to join her father, David, in the real estate business. When she is not working, you will find her on the rodeo trail. She is active in the sport of barrel racing and enjoys team roping with her husband. Devon married Coby in the summer of 2006 and they live on the family ranch together. They have a two year old son named Brody who someday will continue in the family tradition of ranching and real estate.
Devon enjoys matching up buyers and sellers to find the perfect match for both their needs. The end result of a 100% satisfied buyer and seller is what she expects in every transaction.

Will Rigsby
Prior to joining the Ranch Broker Network team, Will was a partner with Hall and Hall Partners, LLP, one of the largest ranch real estate companies in the Rocky Mountain Region. His experience includes transactions and/or knowledge of all the states in the Rocky Mountain Region with an emphasis and licensure in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Utah and New Mexico.
Originally from Ohio, Will spent his first summer in Wyoming when he was 12. By the end of that summer he had acquired a love and appreciation of the American west, its’ landscapes, people, lifestyles and ideals. In subsequent years and prior to earning a BSBA degree from The Ohio State University he returned to the Rockies in summer and winter spending time working and exploring in Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. After graduation Will returned to the west to work on ranches in Colorado and Wyoming then accepted a position as the Program Director of international fly fishing destinations for Frontiers International based in Pittsburgh PA. Almost 3 years later after traveling extensively to pioneer and promote fly fishing, Will was drawn back to the Rocky Mountains. He returned to Jackson Hole and worked for Trout Unlimited then managed a guest ranch and operations of a family cattle ranch before beginning his career in real estate.
John M. Scott
John came to Jackson Hole in 1974 after managing a ranch outside of Spokane, Washington. Being an avid outdoorsman Jackson Hole was the perfect fit for John. Over the years John was a whitewater river guide and started the first river outfitting store in the Valley, he was one of the founders of the Simms Flyfishing company, one of the premier fly fishing equipment manufacturers in the country, as well as being one of the owners of Life-Link International one of the first backcountry skiing manufacturers in the United States. John's real estate career includes being an associate of the largest locally owned and operated real estate firm in Wyoming and representing one of the largest ranch in-holdings in the Bridger Teton National Forest.
Having raised three children in the Valley and traveled the inter-mountain west extensively John's knowledge of the area as well as his experience in sales, marketing, advertising and negotiation are what he can bring to you as your Realtor.
