David took on the marketing of a piece of property that we had been trying to sell for some time, and frankly had given up on. This letter is written in appreciation for the services you and your staff have provided to Karen and me regarding the marketing and sale of our condominium at the Racquet Club. Being 20 year plus owners of our unit we first became aware of your presence in the real estate trade in 1999. Your incisive "The Hole Report" distributed at that time through Hoffman & Associates LLC gave us an excellent view of real estate market conditions and an evaluation of our property. We have continued to benefit from The Hole Report with your establishment of Jackson Hole Real Estate & Appraisal LLC.
